What is your delivery policy?
Most items are held in stock and are delivered within three working days with a great deal of products delivered the next working day. Our Items are delivered by courier apart from small items that may be sent royal mail.
Bluehare Solutions give indications of delivery times next to each item and have a sucess rate of 95%.
Non stock items are dependant upon delivery from the manufacturer. Please contact us for details.
*Usually delivered next day = Delivered next business day (if ordered before 2pm & in stock)
*Usually delivered 48 Hours = Delivered between 1-2 business days (dependant on stock)
*Usually delivered 1-3 days = Delivered between 1-3 business days (dependant on stock)
Do you deliver to outside the UK?
Yes we do, please call us for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
Our hardware returns policy is that you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are unopened and in the same condition as they were dispatched in.
Software purchases are non returnable. Please ensure that your system is compatible before you purchase. If you are unsure then please contact us.
Do you supply other hardware that is not on your site?
Indeed we do. We offer an extensive range of hardware form many manufacturers so please call us with your requirement. Bluehare are keen for customer feedback so let us know what you would like to see added to the site.
What payment methods do you support & is it secure?
The web site accepts all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. We use a well known secure payments engine (Sage) that is extremely secure and trusted world wide.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for phone orders.
For solutions our customers prefer BACS transfers or leasing.
What will I see on my credit card bill?
Your transaction will show as Bluehare Group.
How is it that I am restricted to the number of products I can buy?
